2020 Washington State SAF Annual Meeting CANCELLED.
Washington State SAF has made the decision to cancel the annual meeting as a commitment to the health of participants and members. Instead, we will host the annual meeting in Leavenworth in the spring of 2021 (exact dates to be determined).
On January 1, 2020, Tamara Cushing, PhD, began her one-year term as president of the Society of American Foresters (SAF). Founded in 1900 by Gifford Pinchot and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, SAF is a national organization that represents and serves 11,000 forestry professionals in the United States. Dr. Cushing will continue serving on SAF’s Board of Directors for the next two years, including as immediate past president in 2021.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION & INSTRUCTIONS
The Washington State Society of American Foresters (WSSAF) is accepting scholarship applications from students pursuing an education in Forestry. The scholarship is available to individuals who will be attending, full time during the 2020–21 school year, a Forestry Program at one of the following schools:
